If you work in an office, chances are you’re sitting for most of the day. All this sitting can cause fatigue and is definitely not helping out our health! 1. Seated leg lifts
Your coworkers won’t even notice you doing these seated leg lifts under your desk. In a sitting position, lift one of your legs up and straighten. Hold for a few seconds, then slowly lower your foot and hover over the floor for a few more seconds. Repeat this for each leg around 10-15 times for an optimal workout.
